Edvin Zuckovs
Chief Human Resource Manager
Attaining a Head Lead and Director title at a partnership organisation, NexConnect, Edvin has worked hand-in-hand with many staff in various of different companies as well as private and public education sectors as a Head Lead in English and Personal, Social Health and Economics Education.
Being announced as the UK's Youngest Teacher by the British Press, after being published as an author was a highlight in his career working with professionals all around the world attending conferences around the UK including the House of Commons, London, 2024.
Being Chief Human Resource Officer and a committee trustee on the Board of Directors (2025), allows him to practice his profession in areas he has worked in over the last 3 years.
Being part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) at DM Pro Sports is more than just a job role and title, it is a responsibility that takes trust, dedication and commitment showing the organisation ethos of commitment, resilience and care in aspects of opportunities and attainment of achievements.
Dylan Mann
Founder & CEO
Having a background as a semi-pro goalkeeper, Dylan founded DMProSports with a vision to inspire the next generation through sport. With years of experience in coaching and youth development, he is passionate about creating engaging, high-quality programs that help children stay active while building confidence, teamwork, and essential life skills. His leadership drives DMProSports' mission to provide fun, structured, and professional coaching that nurtures young athletes both physically and mentally.
Alongside his mainstream coaching expertise, Dylan has a strong background in SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) coaching. He is dedicated to making sports accessible to all children, ensuring that those with additional needs receive the support, encouragement, and tailored coaching they need to thrive. His commitment to inclusion and equal opportunities is at the heart of DMProSports, ensuring every child, regardless of ability, can enjoy and benefit from sports in a safe and supportive environment.
Sophie Lamont
Media Manager and Business Support
Sophie has over six years of experience in helping senior leaders in schools and alternative provisions find passionate educators to teach and nurture children and young adults, so is used to working with lots of different people and getting things done.
From marketing, sales and customer service to recruitment and compliance, she has done it all and brings with her, a track record of success.
Sophie has experience in areas where she has had to be super organized, pay close attention to details, analyse, problem solve and work with lots of information. Think of it like being a detective, but for business!
She loves social media, being creative and is ready to bring all of her skills to the team!
