Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and occasionally plans may change. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
   

  1.    Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged the full session fee.
 

   2.    No-Show Policy: If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.
 

   3.    Rescheduling: We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests if made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions can be rescheduled based on availability.
 

   4.    Emergency Cancellations: In cases of emergency or illness, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a solution.
